* Page scan limit only indicates the maximum number of pages that the CookieHub crawler will scan. If your web site contains more pages than the limit, the scanner will stop once it reaches the limit. Most or all cookies will be detected before the page limit is reached.
** Additional sessions are charged at the end of each billing period. You can always upgrade to a different plan to avoid being charged for additional sessions.
*** Page views vary based on user behavior, such as how many pages each visitor explores during a session.
Prices exclude 24% VAT which is added only for Icelandic residents and companies.
Questions
Yes, we are happy to support charitable organisations around the world. All registered NPOs get a lifetime discount of 50% on all paid subscriptions. Contact us for further details.
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Discover.
After your trial period is complete, you’ll need to enter your payment information to continue using CookieHub. To add your payment information, login to your dashboard and follow the instructions on the “billing” page. We’ll invoice you monthly by default, unless you choose to be billed annually.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your subscription will be active and unchanged until the end of the current billing period. To cancel your subscription, either delete the domain to cancel it instantly, or downgrade to the free subscription, which will cancel it at the end of the billing period.
All our prices are listed excluding VAT.
Customers located outside Iceland will not be charged VAT and is subject to the reverse charge rule in the country of receipt.
Icelandic companies and residents will be charged 24% VAT.
One session is detected for each unique user every day they visit your website.
It may not match the number of sessions reported by analytical services, since the widget might be cached in the client’s browser or a user has denied analytics cookies.
You can always see the total and estimated sessions for the current usage period in your CookieHub dashboard.
