A session is counted when a visitor loads your website and the CookieHub widget initializes. A single visitor can browse multiple pages within one session without increasing your count, making our plans much more cost-effective than "per-pageview" models.

• On Paid Plans: We never "break" your site's compliance. The banner remains active, and a small overage fee (as low as €0.10 per 1,000 sessions) is automatically added to your next invoice.
• On the Free Plan: The banner will stop showing once the limit is reached and will automatically reactivate at the start of your next monthly billing cycle.

You can try any premium plan for free. When the trial expires, you can choose to subscribe to keep your premium features. If you decide not to upgrade, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.

All our prices are listed excluding VAT. Customers located outside Iceland will not be charged VAT and is subject to the reverse charge rule in the country of receipt. Icelandic companies and residents will be charged 24% VAT.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise customers, we also support bank transfers and manual invoicing upon request.

Yes. You can cancel through your dashboard whenever you like. You will maintain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which the domain will revert to the Free plan.

Approved partners receive an automatic 30% flat discount on all premium domains. You have the flexibility to "Mix & Match" plans, assigning different tiers (Basic, Business, etc.) to different clients within one centralized dashboard.

Yes, we support the community. Registered NPOs are eligible for a 50% lifetime discount on all premium plans. Please contact our support team with your registration details to apply.
