After your trial period is complete, you’ll need to enter your payment information to continue using CookieHub. To add your payment information, login to your dashboard and follow the instructions on the “billing” page. We’ll invoice you monthly by default, unless you choose to be billed annually.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your subscription will be active and unchanged until the end of the current billing period. To cancel your subscription, either delete the domain to cancel it instantly, or downgrade to the free subscription, which will cancel it at the end of the billing period.
All our prices are listed excluding VAT. Customers located outside Iceland will not be charged VAT and is subject to the reverse charge rule in the country of receipt. Icelandic companies and residents will be charged 24% VAT.
One session is detected for each unique user every day they visit your website. It may not match the number of sessions reported by analytical services, since the widget might be cached in the client’s browser or a user has denied analytics cookies. You can always see the total and estimated sessions for the current usage period in your CookieHub dashboard.
